magnificent locationfixed bedroom temperaturerude staff
The location is magnificent , offering a peaceful retreat among vineyards.
The room temperature was stuck at 25 degrees , and I couldn't adjust it. It got quite hot at night. The dinner service was also disappointing with condescending and rude staff.

Decent Stay with Some Annoyances

The room felt a bit stuffy because the temperature control seemed off. It was permanently set to 25 degrees! I was like I was in a sauna all night. the dinner service could be better. The staff acted a bit rude. For example, when I asked for crackers with my cheese platter, the waiter acted like he had no idea what crackers even were. I had to ask several times for a drink refill, and it finally arrived after I finished eating.
